We brought this stunning Eichler back to life with careful thought and planning. As with all design, the editing process was paramount in that we did not over-complicate the layout or finishes. We opened up the main area without losing that classic Eichler feel and enhanced the amount of sunlight. Our inspiration for the finishes was to blend french country with modern industrial. The result was a strong and articulated, yet bright and airy experience.
The work was validated with over 20 offers and a final sale price at 16% over asking. Our client retained a 22% ROI.
